Lawn.Health is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers strictly as needed to operate the Service:

We retain your account and lawn profile data for as long as your account is active. Photo analysis requests are discarded within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time through in-app account deletion (see Section 7) or by contacting us at support@lawn.health.

Lawn.Health is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us at support@lawn.health and we will promptly delete it.

In-app account deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from within the app at Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete Account, or by emailing support@lawn.health. Deletion is typically completed within 30 days.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Lawn.Health does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise these rights by emailing support@lawn.health. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. European and UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing your personal data are: (a) performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), (b) your consent (for SMS, push notifications, location, and photo analysis), (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and (d) compliance with legal obligations. You have the rights described in Section 7, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where applicable.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. We limit access to personal data to authorized personnel and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
